Requests for Customer Data by Individuals

Third parties seeking access to Customer Data should direct their requests to the applicable Customer. Customers control their Customer Data and are responsible for determining how to respond to such requests.

Requests for Customer Data by Legal Authority

Except as expressly permitted by contract or in emergency situations involving risk of death, serious physical harm, or unlawful activity, Seeze will disclose Customer Data only in response to valid and binding legal process issued by a court or other authority of competent jurisdiction, or as otherwise required by applicable law. All requests from courts, government authorities, or parties involved in legal proceedings seeking Customer Data should be sent to seeze@seeze.net and must include: (a) the identity of the requesting authority, (b) the relevant criminal or civil matter, and (c) a description of the specific Customer Data requested, including the relevant Customer’s name, any applicable Authorized User’s name, the relevant Seeze team URL, and the type of data sought. Requests must be properly issued and served in accordance with applicable law and should be narrowly tailored to the specific data requested. Unless legally prohibited or where there is a clear indication of unlawful conduct or risk of harm to individuals or property, Seeze will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected Customer before disclosing Customer Data so that the Customer may seek appropriate legal remedies. If Seeze is legally prohibited from providing prior notice, Seeze will take reasonable steps to notify the Customer after any non-disclosure requirement expires, where permitted by law.
